If you are considering using any of our products for a spectacular Gender Reveal celebration - you might be thinking, how can I order without anyone knowing if it’s a boy or a girl, including yourself!

If the gender is still a secret, we welcome calls/emails from your family, friend or even your obstetrician to contact us! 

Combo Packs
With our combo packs you can get one of each colour product and be covered for any result. If you want it to be a surprise we suggest you get a friend to open the boxes, just in case there are any leakages inside of powder, confetti or other indicators to ruin the grand reveal!

Sealed Gender Envelope
If you have your obstetrician put the gender notice inside of a sealed envelope you can keep it a secret. You can order your products online and put a note during checkout that you are mailing the secret envelope to us. When we receive the secret envelope we will fill your selected product with the correct colour.

Email Us
You could ask one of the nurses from your doctor’s office to email the gender to us if they don’t mind doing it for you. You could also ask a family member or close friend to email the gender for you.

Ask Someone to order on your behalf
You could also ask a family member or close friend to take the gender envelope and place the order for you. This way you will not have any way to know before the big gender reveals day party.

WAREHOUSE HOURS

Our warehouse hours are 9am-5pm, Tuesday-Thursday. 

All orders will be dispatched and available to be picked up (by appointment only) on these days. 

SHIPPING

All orders with free shipping are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post + Signature unless otherwise stated.

All shipments within Australia are sent on a next day service and if you leave a mobile number when placing your order you will receive a text and email letting you know your items have been dispatched as well as tracking details.

Depending on your location within Australia allow up to 2-9 days from dispatch for your order to be delivered.

We stock 95% of the products advertised on our website, which means that we can dispatch the goods as soon as the payment is received. However if the item is not in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of any possible delays.

TRACKING

All our shipments can be tracked. We use a range of courier companies including DHL, Startrack, TNT and Australia Post to deliver your order to your door as quickly and safely as possible.

We can never guarantee delivery though, as couriers occasionally misroute parcels, items may be out of stock or we may be exceptionally busy. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Next working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.  Goods will be shipped where stock is available and the goods are standard items, not custom items.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. If an item is out of stock we will contact you before sending any other items.

Last minute request? Let down by another company? If your order is extremely urgent and you are within 50kms of Melbourne CBD, on most occasions we are able to assist with getting your order dispatched and to you ASAP. DANGEROUS GOODS

All Dangerous Goods including Handheld Cannons, Electric Cannons, SFX Fluids are sent via Road Freight depending which class determines what courier we will utilize to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We only dispatch Dangerous Goods within Australia.
