Do you have a storefront, can I come browse items?

We’re a working warehouse with a storefront, however customer visits are by appointment only. Please call (03) 9416 8766 to schedule a time.

Do you have set hours?

We’re a working warehouse, so no. Pickups are by appointment to make sure we’re ready for you and nothing’s rushed. Call (03) 9416 8766 to schedule a time. We can also courier if that’s easier.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 2–9 days Australia-wide, depending on the service selected at checkout and your location. Tracking is sent when your order ships.

Do you offer express or urgent delivery?
Often, yes. For last-minute orders we can sometimes arrange same-day courier or even book an Uber (fees apply). Please call (03) 9416 8766 before ordering.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, but pickup is by appointment only. Call (03) 9416 8766 to arrange a time.

Do you ship outside Australia?
We currently ship Australia-wide. If you need international delivery, contact us and we’ll advise options.

How do I track my order?
We’ll email/SMS tracking once your parcel is dispatched. Didn’t receive it? Check spam or contact us with your order number.

My parcel is late or shows delivered but I don’t have it—what do I do?
Start by checking your tracking, safe drop locations, and with household members. Then contact us with your order number and shipping address so we can help.

Can you keep the gender a surprise for me?
Yes! We can ship to a trusted friend or label items discreetly. Add a note at checkout or contact us after ordering.

Products & Safety

Are your confetti products biodegradable?
Our BioConfetti Australia range is biodegradable and water-soluble, making it a great, eco-friendly and guilt-free choice for your event. It breaks down quickly with rain or light watering.
Note that our metallic confetti range is not biodegradable.

Are confetti cannons safe?
Use as directed: point away from face and body, keep clear of children, and never dismantle. Outdoor use is recommended for cannons and smoke.

Can I use smoke products anywhere?
Use outdoors in well-ventilated areas and follow local rules. Some venues/parks may have restrictions, always check beforehand.

Can I customise a pack (twins, special colours, etc.)?
Often yes, message us with what you need and we’ll do our best.

Do you offer discreet packaging?
On request. Add a note at checkout and we’ll keep it low-key.

Fireworks Displays

Do you offer gender-reveal fireworks?
Yes, we do custom pink or blue effects by licensed professionals. Availability, venue approval and permits vary by location.

How do I book fireworks and how much notice do you need?
Send event details (date, suburb, venue) and we’ll confirm feasibility, permits and pricing. Earlier is better - lead times vary by council/venue.

Are fireworks safe and legal?
All shows are delivered by licensed pyrotechnicians and must comply with local laws and venue policies. We’ll guide you through what’s possible at your location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns within 30 days for non-sale items and 14 days for sale items. Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags. A 20% restocking fee applies.
Shipping and return costs are not refundable (unless goods are faulty).

How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to return and we’ll share the steps.

My item arrived damaged—what now?
Email us with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can sort it quickly.

Media & Community

Can you feature my reveal on your site or socials?
We’d love to! Email us at hello@genderrevealer.com.au with photos or a short video, or tag @genderrevealerau with #GenderRevealerAU. Include your handle for credit.

What permissions do you need to use my photos/video?
By sharing, you confirm you own the content and give Gender Revealer permission to edit and use it across our website, social channels, email and ads (share your handle and we'll provide credit where possible).
