XMAS Lodgement Dates
ENSURE YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES IN TIME FOR XMAS.
The holiday season is fast approaching! As we prepare for high volumes of online shopping, we would like to share the last posting dates for Christmas.
Shipment delays are expected at this time of the year.
We recommend that you ship your parcel earlier than any other year to ensure it arrives in time.
Christmas lodgement dates for deliveries in Australia
In the lead up to the traditionally busy peak period, I'd like to share our last domestic lodgement dates for deliveries in time for Christmas. We have been encouraged to use these dates to set delivery expectations with our customers early. Christmas lodgement dates for deliveries within Australia we are recommending all items are lodged by the following dates for delivery within Australia by Christmas*:
• Parcel Post – 10 December 2021
• Express Post – 15 December 2021
• StarTrack Road Express – 10 December 2021
• StarTrack Premium – 15 December 2021
* Excludes to and from Perth and Darwin.
Christmas / NYE Holidays
At this stage we will be closed from the 24th of December to the 8th of January, please make sure that all click and collect orders for XMAS and NYE are placed and picked up by the close of business on the 24th of December. Orders received during this period will be dispatched on our return on the 8th of January.
